Purpose
GeneMarker is a genotype analysis software program. I use GeneMarker (SoftGenetics, v1.97 demo) to view fragment analysis data (.fsa files). I've used some of the other available software (GeneMapper, PeakScanner and STRand) and I think GeneMarker is the most intuitive to use and has the most useful features while being free (the demo version, anyway)
