  • JG1100: stably replicating plasmid in E. coli; suicide plasmid in mycobacteria (must recombine into the genome to perpetuate). Can transform at least M. tuberculosis and M. smegmatis. Encodes ampicilin, hygromycin, and kanamycin resistance. Plasmid, sequence, and annotations obtained from Neeraj Dhar.
