Preparation of samples for HPLC

  • Filter-sterilize (0.2 um) samples and store them in 2-ml tubes at -20°C.
  • The storage of two samples is recommended for backup reasons.
  • To start analysis, transfer the content of a 2-ml tube into a vial, seal the cap and put the vial in the auto-sampler.
  • At least 800 ul are required for each HPLC analysis. If this volume is not available, store at least 150 ul and analyze sample in an "insert" inside a vial.
