Loading dyes and DNA markers are stored in a gel room refrigerator.6x Xylene Cyanol Loading Buffer for ElectrophoresisThis buffer will have only the light blue than runs slower on the gel. This protocol will make 40ml of 6x solution. Adjust to your needs if necessary.
