7.25.08

  • Running out of PAO1 prep, will need to make more.
  • I'm nearing the end of several regents in the mini-prep kit (P2 especially) - talk to P'Koy.
  • I about finished the glycerol during my first HmgR purification - will need more in the very near future.


7.27.08

  • Almost done with the APS stock - ask Mayuree if we should order or if more stocks are around.
