Bottles of 50 mL LB
- 1 g Bacto-tryptone
- 0.5 g Yeast extract
- 1 g NaCl
- add water to 50 mL (use graduated cylinder) and transfer to 200 mL Wheaton bottles
- autoclave with caps loose
- store long term at 4°C or for immediate use at room T
