Bottles of 50 mL LB:

• 1 g Bacto-tryptone
• 0.5 g Yeast extract
• 1 g NaCl

→ add water to 50 mL (use graduated cylinder) and transfer to 200 mL Wheaton bottles → autoclave with caps loose → store long term at 4°C or for immediate use at room T
