NanoDrop Procedure:

Before every set:

1. Clean with Ethanol.
2. Calibrate with 1 μL water (distilled).
3. Clean.
4. Place 1 μL distilled water on drop again & hit Blank button.
   • This sets background, since we diluted in water. If you dilute in something else, use that instead of water here.
5. Clean.
6. Add 1 μL sample (mix first).
7. Enter name/identifier in ID box and hit Measure button.
