Eric, I'll be back around 2:30
- put away dry dishes
- wash dirty dishes
- regenerate nickel-NTA resin
- monitor cells in shaker and reduce temp to 15 deg. when OD600 = 0.5
- do ATPase assay on mitochondrial helicase
- transform sumo protease vector into Xl1-blue (check to see if we have Kan plates)
