• wash dirty dishes
• regenerate nickel-NTA resin
• monitor cells in shaker and reduce temp to 15 deg. when OD600 = 0.5
• do ATPase assay on mitochondrial helicase
• transform sumo protease vector into Xl1-blue (check to see if we have Kan plates)
