The List
- prepare DEAE cellulose according to instructions (look for it on protocols page)
- rinse centrifuge bottles well and spin down the cells in the 4192 shaker, place in plastic bag, weigh and freeze
- pour 2 SDS-PAGE gels, 12%
- make 1 L of 1 M Tris-HCl, pH 8.0
- put away dry dishes
- wash out 2 L flasks and make 6L of LB and autoclave
