The List

• prepare DEAE cellulose according to instructions (look for it on protocols page)
• rinse centrifuge bottles well and spin down the cells in the 4192 shaker, place in plastic bag, weigh and freeze
• pour 2 SDS-PAGE gels, 12%
• make 1 L of 1 M Tris-HCl, pH 8.0
• put away dry dishes
• wash out 2 L flasks and make 6L of LB and autoclave
• finish concentrating protein, read absorbance on nanodrop, aliquot into 0.5 ml centrifuge tubes and freeze in liquid nitrogen. store in -80oC freezer.
