- Shine-Dalgarno sequence - A short sequence of nucleotides on a prokaryotic mRNA molecule, that serves to bind to ribosomal RNA and bring the ribosome to the start codon on the mRNA. [1]
- Dimorphic Fungi - two different forms of Fungi. [2]
- Ubiquitin - small regulatory protein that is found almost anywhere in Eukaryotes. [3]
- Hybridization - The process of forming a double stranded nucleic acid from joining two complementary strands of DNA (or RNA). [4]
