Comments and issues

• SVG file created with inkscape.
• The 'Gel' image has to be uploaded as usual into OWW. Then, its URL is used in the SVG file in order to import the image and start building the overlay.
• Any hyperlinks created wihtin the SVG will be lost during the MediaWiki SVG-->PNG rasterization.
