<b>October 22</b> - Candace gives the student seminar <a href="http://www.chemistry.gatech.edu/event/ms-candace-fleischer"> "A molecular snapshot of charged nanoparticles in a cellular environment,"</a> at 4pm in MoSE 3201.<br> <br>

<b>November 1</b> - Candace competes for the big money at the <a href="http://www.chemistry.gatech.edu/event/chemistry-and-biochemistry-graduate-research-symposium"> Graduate Student Seminar; Homecoming symposium,</a> 3-5pm, MoSE G011.<br> <br>

<b>November 4</b> - Alex presents the Molecular Biophysics Research Review, "Nanoparticles at the interface of extracellular space and cells," 12pm, Suddath Room IBB, 1128. <br> <br>

<b>November 14</b> - Christine talks about the PEDOT:PSS project at the SERMACS meeting in Atlanta. Josh will present a poster at <a href="http://sermacs2013.org/"> SERMACS</a>, "Tuning bipolaron populations in PEDOT:PSS via biological catalysts" at 10 am in the Exhibit Hall at Loews hotel.<br> <br>

<b>November 15</b> - Alex and Emilie each present talks at the Nanomaterials conference in Mexico. Alex will discuss, "Nanoparticle-Cell Interactions: Impact of Serum Proteins on MRI Contrast Agents" and Emilie will present "Cellular Binding of Charged Nanoparticles as a Modulator of Membrane Potential."<br> <br>

<b>November 15</b> - Chelsea presents a poster, "Cellular binding of anionic gold nanoparticles as a function of surface modification," at SERMACS. Candace will give a talk on "Nanoparticle surface charge directs the cellular binding of nanoparticle-protein complexes" in the <a href="http://sermacs2013.org/symposia/"> El-Sayed birthday symposium</a> at 11am in Salon I.</p><br>
