Summer, 2010 - Katelyn Snider, a student at Roswell High School, assisted Chip Humphries with his LDL degradation experiments. Among the tasks Katelyn completed, she labeled LDL with fluorescent dyes, recorded fluorescence spectra and used fluorescent substrates to show enzyme inhibition. She is pictured with Chip.











Luella High School

April 1, 2010 - Students from Luella High School toured the Payne Lab, Lyon Lab, and Marcus Nanotechnology Building. They also participated in demonstrations led by the Student Affiliates of the American Chemical Society (SAACS).
