While at Case Western, Saheli worked in the group of Prof. Harihara Baskaran on cellular migration. Saheli is doing a joint post-doc with the Payne and Kemp labs. She is studying the intracellular transport of proteins necessary for redox signaling. |
Steven Hira Steve earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Florida State University. During his Ph.D., Steve worked under Prof. Geoffrey F. Strouse on imaging biomaterials for cellular delivery and developing biosensing devices. Currently, he is working on the intracellular synthesis of conducting polymer nanowires. |
Umesh Kumar Umesh earned his Ph.D in Biotechnology from National Chemical Laboratory (NCL), affiliated with Pune University, India, under the supervision of Dr. Archana Pundle. Umesh has worked on the biological synthesis of metal/metal oxide nanoparticles and the measurement of their physical and biophysical properties. Currently he is studying the interaction of nanoparticles with cells.
