Payne Lab Book Club

Each summer the Payne Lab votes on a book to read. Books are considered from many fields including Chemistry, Biochemistry, Physics, and Biology. During our weekly group meeting two to three chapters of the book are discussed.

In the summer of 2012, the lab will be reading "Methods in Modern Biophysics" by Bengt Nolting.

In previous years, we have read:
2011: "Live Cell Imaging: A Laboratory Manual, 2nd edition" by Goldman, Swedlow and Spector.
2010: "Physical Biology of the Cell" by Phillips, Kondev, and Theriot
2009: "Handbook of Biological Confocal Microscopy" edited by Pawley
