There is no required textbook for the course, but here are two good ones that would help you in your future career as an experimentalist:

- ISBN 0079112439 Bevington & Robinson, Data Reduction and Analysis for the Physical Sciences (This is the edition I have...I don't know whether the next edition is much better or not.)
