Ethanol based variant of the Coomassi protein stain solution.
Mix
- 40 % Ethanol
- 7 % Acetic Acid
- 0.1 % w/v Coomassi Brilliant Blue-R
- double-distilled water
Usage
- Stain at room temperature for 1h or until overnight
- De-stain 30 min with Prbbbb:Coomassi Ethanol destain
