  • Extraction (both methods use Folch reagent [2:1 chloroform:methanol])
    • use Kaluzne method
    • trying to implement Bligh & Dyer (gold standard)
  • Mass Spectrometry
    • ESI-Agilent TOF
    • Tandem MS-Q-Star (8-10am)
  • Analysis
    • Matlab (particular toolbox?) PCA analysis
