Description
LB (or Luria broth or Luria-Bertani media) is a standard rich media suitable for growth of many bacteria species.
Recipe
Per 1L of H2O:
- Yeast Extract: 5g
- Tryptone: 10g
- NaCl: 10g (5g if you're in S. typhimurium)
pH to 7, Store at 4-30 C
