2.5ml 25mM Mg+²
50ul dATP (100mM)
50ul dCTP (100mM)
50ul dGTP (100mM)
50ul dTTP (100mM)
19.8ml Sterile dH2O
25ml- This will make 25ml. It can be scaled down to any amount you want.
