  • Ran analytic gel of PCR product
Gel from 6/22/07
    • E0240 had no band; T9002 is wrong size. (may be mispriming)
  • 3-way ligations: B0032 + J04650, R0040 + J04650 on 1AT3 or 1AC3
  • Transforming MG1655s with pUC18 to test efficiency.
  • Making overnight cultures of plasmids to make glycerol stocks and mini-prep
  • Waiting on PCRs and transformations until primers arrive and we know that the competent cells work.
