  • <bbpart>I20262</bbpart>(b0035) - Seq verified (complete); RBS has a 1bp deletion at the end, so will need to define a new RBS part here - B0035 (ATTAAAGAGGAGAA-; where the deletion is an A).
  • <bbpart>I20263</bbpart>(b0029) - Seq verified (complete)
    • 1 - perfect except B0031 has 1bp addition (TTCACACAGGAAACC), normally only one T at the beginning so made new RBS (B0029)
    • 2 - bad seq twice on VF see mixed signal.
  • <bbpart>I20264</bbpart>(b0033) - Seq verified (complete)
  • <bbpart>I20265</bbpart>(b0034) - Seq verified (complete)
  • <bbpart>I20266</bbpart>(J61100) - Seq verified (complete)
