Renhao received his B.S. in Biochemistry from Nanjing University in China. He did his Ph.D. thesis work in the laboratory of Clare Woodward in the Department of Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, and Biophysics at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, studying folding kinetics and dynamics of BPTI.
