To keep the lab running smoothly we can have an "inhouse training program". It's to be developed by all of us through this site, and implemeted by the lab manager. What to train in:
- knowing what maintenance work is expected from each of us within our individual lab area
- how to use the folders (labels, etc)
- where the grabage cans go, what goes in them (recycling)
- the "unknown table", how it works
- rotate to briefly learn everybody else's instruments
- other ideas? add them here...
