To keep up the lab we need inhouse training, developed by all of us through this site, implemeted by the lab manager.
What we need to train in:
#knowing what maintenance work is expected from each of us within our lab area
#how to use the folders (labels, etc)
#where the grabage cans go, what goes in them (recycling)
#the unknown table, how it works
#rotate to briefly learn everybody else's instruments
#other ideas? add them here...
The training will prevent those small recurring issues.
