  • Below are the sequence results from Day 7. The files are text files (.seq) which contain a header line and a sequence of bases. Hint: N stands for a nucleotide that could not be identified. Each file is identified by the initials of a group member, a sample number, and the primer used. Each sample was sequenced with both a forward primer (VF2) and a reverse primer (VR).
