Sack: GxTx Purification

to prep GxTX using OMIX tips

prepare GxTX sample optimally 100ul 0.1%-1% TFA, 20% ACN, pH 2-7
measure absorption spectrum of sample

put tip on pipettor set to 100 ul
unless specified otherwise each line means a fresh 500 ul of solution in 1.5 ml tube
try not to introduce air into the resin after it is wet.

wet: rinse 2x with 100 ul 75% ACN
equilibrate: rinse 2x with 20% ACN 0.1% TFA
load: pipet 100 ul sample ≥5x (up to 200 ul sample is OK, just pipet more)
rinse 1: rinse 5x with 20% ACN 0.1% TFA
rinse 2: rinse 5x with 20% ACN 0.1% TFA
rinse 3: rinse 5x with 20% ACN 0.1% TFA
elute: pipet 2x in 100 ul 50% ACN

measure absorption spectrum of elution
