1. Load the Xcalibur software window, and check the following settings,
   • sheath gas:
   • aux gas:
   • Indicator’s OK:
2. Using the 500uL Hamilton syringe, wash with 50% MeOH, prior to injecting any samples.Then, load your syringe with 500uL, of the desired solvent solution that does not contain your sample.
3. Load the syringe into the tubing
