- Activated genes: Cin5, Gts1, Msn4, Rap1, Rph1
- Repressed genes: Fhl1, Hsf1, Rox1
- Most altered genes: Gts1 (+), Hsf1 (-), Msn4 (+), Rph1 (+)
- Examine the threshold values.
