I plan to pursue a PhD (I am not decided on a particular area yet) so that I can become a non-amateur physicist.  Why did I join Altman lab? Well the short story is I joined for the novelty and stayed for the fun. The medium story is I was curious about biophysics, and then I found that it is a lot of fun. I work on the single molecule team and if you want to know about it ask Prof. Altman; he would love to give you an earful.
