background

I am currently working E-Cell Project at Keio University. I am a PhD candidate supported by the Japanese Government (Monbukagakusho) scholarship. My past research includes protein secondary structure prediction and distributed parallel computing. I completed my masters at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2003.

current work

At present, I am working on a spatial simulation algorithm for molecular systems biology and and extending it to work on shared-memory multiprocessing architectures. Advisor: Professor Masaru Tomita
