For 1000 ul: 2 M CaCl2 2 ul 10X EMEM 100 ul 0.2 M L-glut 10 ul Virus x ul Sterile water 888-x ul
1. Calculate the appropriate amount of virus and add it (without CaCl2) along with the other reagents to an ependorff
2. 20 minutes before you plan on intubating, add the CaCl2 and vortex
3. Use within 1 hour (after 20 minutes of waiting)
