Our lab is interested in the 'system' level properties of pattern forming systems in and of cells. Our lab is interested in the 'system' level properties of pattern forming systems in and of cells. Towards this end we use cell biology, microscopy, molecular biology and computer simulations to tackle this exciting and complex problem.
We are currently focussed on two problems:
1) The movement of microtubules within cells
2) Variability in cell shape and its regulation
