We recieved new Jurkat Cells today from Dr. Tings lab: 3T8 Jurkat T-Cell line - Placed them in incubator to allow them to grow Ordered Kit: Amaxa Cell Line - Nucleofector Kit V Catalog No. VCA-1003 Lot No. F-06298 Maintained Jurkat Cells: - Aspirated 75% of the cell culture, and added 15 to 20 mls of new medium to the cell culture
