The final concentrations of reagents in 50x TAE is 2M Tris, 2M Acetic Acid, and 50mM EDTA.
Per 1L:
- 242g Tris base
- 57.1 ml acetic acid (glacial)
- 100ml 0.5 M EDTA
DO NOT AUTOCLAVE
