• Made stock solutions of 12.5 mg/mL inhibitor in DMSO for pepstatin A, leupeptin, antipain, aprotinin,and chromostatin.
• Mix 1:1:1:1:1 volumes of each 12.5 mg/mL inhibitor. This is a 1000x stock solution.
