Rules Two restriction enzyme coolers are in -20C over the Quanta bay, one labeled common. Only common enzymes may have backup, which are stored in main -20C. Common enzymes: AgeI, AleI, ApaI, AvrII, BamHI, DpnI, EcoRI, EcoRV, HindIII, MfeI, NotI, SacI, SacII, SalI, XbaI, XhoI The enzymes not listed are in the non-common enzyme cooler. If the enzyme is available in HF form, only the HF form will be in the backup unless otherwise requested. When the working stock has been used up, replace with a new tube from the backup cooler and write the enzyme on the whiteboard. Backup ligases and CIP are also in the backup cooler in main -20C.
