Smolke:Protocols/dNTP Mixture

Summary

dNTP mixture: 40 mM NTPs, 10 mM each. Makes 1.25mL for a total of 25, 50 μL aliquots.

Ingredients

• 100 mM ATP
• 100 mM CTP
• 100 mM GTP
• 100 mM TTP
• dH₂O, preferably DEPC treated

Protocol

1. Add 125 μL each NTP.
2. Add 750 μL dH₂O.
3. Mix, Vortex.
4. Aliquot out 50 μL of mixture into 0.6 mL microfuge tubes.
