This 2 hours at dilution rate of ~.7 hr-1 (~1hr doubling time).

Experimental Conditions
- Strain: MC4100
- Device: I7101
- Media: Supplemented M9 + Amp
- Temp: 37C
Chemostat Operating Conditions
- Dilution Rate: 0.3 hr-1
- Clean Chemostat Period: 5hr
- Minimum Pumping Time: 150s
- Dead Time per Screen: 10s
- Dead Time per Sort: 40s
- Pump Cycle Period: 400s
- Actual Cleaning Period: 4.9333hr
- Sorting Perdiod: 6.1667 m
- Feeder Fill: 10s
- Wash: 10s
- Clean: 15s
- Pressurize: 5s
- Fluid Pressure: 5.2 psi
- Push-UP: 15.6 psi
- Push-DOWN: 16.7 psi
Results
Looks like hit SS @ ~15,000 cells in the reactor volume (10pL). This is 1.5*10^12 cells/ml. (alot)

Chemostat Operating Conditions
- Same as 6/7 experiment.
- Except dilution rate varied from D=0.3 to 0.6 and the min pump period for D=0.6 was set to 50s. Cleaning period and sorting period varied for each dilution rate.
