Thus, we are asking for your help. The Fourth International Meeting on Synthetic Biology (SB4.0) was held from 10-12 October 2008 at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in Clear Water Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

The organization of the event was led by the BioBricks Foundation in partnership with the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), the University of Hong Kong (HKU), and the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK).

SB4.0 built on the past successes of:
SB1.0 (MIT),
SB2.0 (UC Berkeley) and
SB3.0 (ETH Zurich).
