Don't forget to average a few groups together. Yellow and Orange, you were suppose to average yours together, but neither of you got 'ideal' data, so each of you average yours with two others that had controls like we expected.

Sign up for time on the FACS. Please arrive at the time you choose and then expect to spend 45 minutes in TC and 45 minutes at FACS. TWO or THREE teams should sign up for each time slot.

In the first 3 groups from today, remember that we only did Pink's D3 and D5 control, and we assumed that Blue and Purple worked (not a good idea normally, but we were crunched for time). Everyone think about (and write about) why it was important to include the D3 and the D5 controls.

The percentage of parent for the green cells is the percent of live cells that is green. This is the important number!
