Western Blot Results
- All team blots shown below (except red which chose not to develop theirs).
- Each team will need to label their lanes.
- Team Pink did a second Western with interesting results. They should add labels and a brief explanation of their work.
beta-gal Activity assay (Blue team)
Error bars denote 1 stdev from the mean. Experiments were performed in triplicate.
Mut1 has an MGG mutation
Mut2 is unsequenced, but is probably loss-of-function
Also, L and D were mistakenly swapped (L bars denote dark trials, D bars denote light trials)
