for the lipofection containing delta 5 and delta 3, in the chart it says to use .1 ug of DNA of each, but in the instructions it says .1 ug for delta 3 and .5 ug for delta 5 per lipofection.... am I missing something?

For an experimental variation you may want to change the relative ratio of delta 5 to delta 3, an option that will be discussed in detail in class on Tuesday (I think). For now you can calculate the volumes needed for the controls, as shown in the chart.
