I will get back to everyone once I've asked the faculty member(s) to join us (and assuming they accept).  More to come on this topic in a week or so.

[[User:Hoatlinm|Maureen]] 13:07, 5 April 2007 (EDT)-- Thanks Chris for alerting us to the SRF conflict. We could adjust by altering the format a bit at the end and having the proposed gyrase and math papers presented in the same session.  I like the idea very much that students pick papers of interest. I would like to accomodate that as much as posible. If other students have papers they would especially like, and that fit in generally with the "machines at the protein-DNA interface" course theme, the adjusted format would give others students a chance to select and present.
BTW, Chris could you post the link for your math paper so we can have a look?

--Jonfay 19:31, 4 April 2007 (EDT) Chris: Mathematics in Biology (proposed) & Chayne DNA Gyrase (proposed) Both look like good ideas. Which faculty mentors are you thinking of?
