I think this would be very useful. One tip is that you should maybe rename the group something like the "Bioiinformatics Discussion Group", to make clearer the purpose of the group. I think there would be people that were pretty excited by this. --Sri Kosuri 12:07, 7 Nov 2005 (EST)

At Wikiomics since today we encourage people to ask questions, this what I call a wikiforum. These questions should be practical questions regarding bioinformatics and should eventually result into clean tutorials. I have the feeling that OWW is more lab-oriented or project-oriented than Wikiomics. Also there is this name "Openwetware" that I don't really understand. Does it mean anything? Usually the "wet" part is a bioinformatician repellent :-) --MartinJambon 19:38, 19 December 2005 (EST)
