Ben Yi Tew: I doubt so. The most sensitive range of the promoter is from 1-10 nM, so I'd expect the greatest sensitivity to be in that area. Though I have been thinking of adjusting the range of measurement to ensure that more data points are taken in that most sensitive region... so yup, I need to work more on it!
