A: The only way I can think of is if I have some of the photos with the lanes labeled (handwritten) around the lab bench.  I'll look for them tomorrow.

A: The internal standard is pentachloronitrobenzene (PCNB).

  1. I can't find the lane order for the protein gels. I've uploaded the gel pictures to the relevant days ... IGEM:MIT/2006/Notebook/2007-7-16 and IGEM:MIT/2006/Notebook/2007-8-2. Is there any way to figure out which lane is which?
